Comment: Replacing my old review about missing the old Asia Garden with this review. I was hesitant to eat here knowing there are new owners bc I was so attached to Juniors Chinese food. This is a Japanese and Sushi restaurant now. Its a new restaurant, just with the same name. If you like Japanes food, this is a VERY GOOD Japanese restaurant. We ordered crab Rangoon, 2 Sushi Rolls (chicago roll and a sweet potato roll) and 2 Hibachi meals one chicken and one tofu, that came with soup and salad. All of it was so fresh and so good. We left with To-Go boxes and have food left over to eat tonight. We were so sad that the restaurant had been sold to new owners, BUT, after todays visit, we are excited again to eat there and will definitely be back.FIVE STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Comment: Food is great in my opinion. We’ve been 3 different times for dine in, and once for take out. They have this lovely female server who is just amazing to have! However, they have this one male server who is semi rude. He was getting on to the female server for not grabbing food, when she was getting our drinks. Then the next time we came in, she wasn’t there and ended up getting him as a server. She was able to have the fried rice made the way I like it, with no issues, happy to do so and said it’s frequent people order it without veggies. I ordered it with him and said they don’t do that, which was weird because she could and did 3 days prior. So whatever. She was very personable and friendly, he was very rushing and would kind of talk over us while trying to order. Nonetheless, food is amazing. Service is 50/50, keep the girl up front because she is amazing. Keep that one guy in the back, because I won’t come back if he is serving lol i can go to sho-gun and get the rice I want without being rushed.

Comment: Lovely people. Went on a day that was a particularly sad date for me. I received kindness and fellowship in the course of their normal business. Wonderful place, wonderful sushi. Had the West? California fried sushi roll that was amazing. It was a delightful combination of textures and flavors (crisp, crunchy, salty, sweet, sour, heat, tangy, soft) with a beautiful presentation and a reasonable price. Seaweed salad was also very, very good. I would recommend highly and will be going back for more.

Comment: If you’re looking for delicious and fresh sashimi and sushi, I highly recommend Asia Garden. I love to get the sashimi platters and either the Tuna or Salmon Lover Combo. My favorite rolls are the Amazing Roll and the Spicy Lover. I almost always get the Spicy Lover! I have always dined with my partner so we share everything and he is not a huge seafood fan, but loves the same items. We usually start off with the Avocado Chicken Salad which is really, really good and underrated. You should try it! I tried their boba milk tea and didn’t want it very sweet and it came out perfect. The packaging for to-go orders is beautiful as well. We always get just enough to eat to ensure that we don’t have to worry about leftovers! We also tend to try one or two different things each time but also keep a couple things we already love. The best way to get your sushi or seafood fix is this place, hands down!

I love the elegant touch the place provides. I had the pleasure of trying there lunch specials and knowing my sushi was being prepared by hand right there next to me was very satisfying. Comment: Sushi overall is very good. They arent greedy with the amount of fish they put in it either. They also have some good seaweed salad. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because the past two times Ive been service has been a little slow.

Comment: The decor is absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly and easy to understand. They have an expansive menu in which I have yet to find an item I do not like. Everything is delicious! Their prices are spot on too. Not to mention they deliver which is always a plus.

Comment: Great atmosphere and tasty food! Ive ordered sushi and lunch specials from Asia Garden and everything has been top notch! Ill keep going back, as its great to finally have sushi available in town!I highly recommend the Spicy Tuna Roll!

Comment: My girlfriend and I dropped by here intending to pick up some food to go. After seeing the inside, we decided to eat in. The restaurant stands out in a roomy appearance combined with a cozy atmosphere. Our server was very attentive to our needs and really seemed to care that we enjoyed our dining experience. We were surprised that the menu offered not just the usual Chinese fanfare of appetizers and meals in the usual combinations, but also an assortment of Bento boxes and a full Sushi Bar. They offer catering services as well as carry out and dine-in. My girlfriend loves sushi and ordered a Bento of with an assortment. I ordered a standard dish of Sesame Chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. My meal came out with white rice, but the server noticed before it was served and replaced it immediately with my requested fried rice. My chicken, rice, and egg roll all came to the table piping hot. My girlfriend said her food was prepared perfectly. This is now my top choice for Chinese in Collinsville.
