Comment: First time customer or crazy sushi so I came in with no real expectations. The restaurant had an authentic feel to it and was well cleaned. Ordering was easy with tons of choices of sushi rolls. Once our order arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Some of the veggies used in my rolls seemed very under ripe and crunchy but otherwise everything was good. I would come here again.

Comment: My only suggestion is ordering a appetizer because it was a long wait on sushi. We ordered beef fried rice and they served it as an appetizer without asking. So about 10 minutes fried rice, 25 minutes sushi. Overall it was worth the wait though. So just plan for apps.

Comment: I almost don’t want to post this out of selfishness, but this is the best kept sushi secret in town! So much better than Sushi Ai and the Wasabi Bar. This is our family’s go to place for celebrations. Yes, it is pricey, but no more than the others and I would say it has more value in its serving proportions. And if you’re going to fork over a lot, why not give your tastebuds a flavor explosion!? I highly recommend the Rock n Roll and the Las Vegas Roll.

Comment: Consistency, consistency, consistency. Each plate is delivered with a consistency and eye for detail thats impossible to comprehend unless you visit often and always. Something as simple as edamame? Always steamed perfect and never the wrong consistency. The grilled squid is simply beautiful. The sashimi is perfect in every way, including temperature. Its the same faces creating each meal year after year and it shows in every way. How about a quick lunch for under $20? Or knock yourself out and grab a boat and let them fill it up. Ive never been disappointed but honestly, it took me a few trips to appreciate all the consistency. Low key, consistent and delicious every time.

The food came out quickly - the staff is super efficient.The sushi rice was very balanced, not too sweet or too sour, and the salad and miso were also yummy. We especially liked the ginger dressing.You know how sometimes places need to use sauce to cover up the fishy taste on not-so-fresh raw fish? Not here! We had the spider roll, rainbow roll and the sun power roll along with some nigiri. Our favorite was the spider roll - the soft shell crab tempura was very flavourful and you could tell it was fresh (still had that nice crunch). The rainbow was a close second. All of the nigiri was fresh and flavourful, but we loved the white tuna nigiri the most! Would definitely recommend you try this place if you like sushi

Comment: This was our first time visiting Crazy Sushi. We were in the area and they seemed interesting. When we arrived, there was a sign on the door stating cash only due to internet issues, so its hard to know if the crow that we experienced is the norm. That said, it was still surprisingly busy with only a few empty tables. The atmosphere is very nice. Dim, yet not so dim that youre squinting to see. Its a nice place for a date. The decorations were all very nice and reserved. The service was excellent. The few people we dealt with were exceedingly accommodating. It was also reassuring to hear the staff communicating in Japanese amongst themselves. We ordered one of the sushi boats due to it being one of their unique offerings and it was all excellent. The fish itself stood out for its great flavor. Its not something I get a chance to enjoy often when visiting sushi places. I definitely plan on returning.

They also have plenty of non-raw rolls and entrees that are always cooked fresh to order! Staff are super kind and courteous and the owners are some of the most humble and kind people you’ll ever meet. I love the salmon skin hand rolls and their big mouth roll and their fried rice is always a go to! Also love their shrimp tempura and karate appetizers! You won’t be disappointed!

All of it was tasty, definitely not the best sushi out there, but is MUCH better than the stuff you find in the grocery store. Staff was very friendly and helpful.We tried the sunset roll, California roll, and some shrimp tempura rolls. It all tasted good! They were also very accommodating to our special request for one of the shrimp rolls (sub spicy mayo for eel sauce). Pork katsu was also very good. The salad with special sauce that came with it was awesome! I do with the carry-out rolls came with more soy sauce and wasabi.We had takeout, but when picking up the food the interior is rather intimate. Would be good for a date night or a small group than a large gathering. They have a pretty wide selection of rolls (from simple to complex) and I’m sure you’ll find something that satisfies your tastebuds.

Comment: Its a cute, small restaurant. Great for date night.Youre givin a hot towel. I liked the variety of sushi. The sushi I liked the best was the shrimp & asparagus. I triedSurf clams, Baby scallops, Spicy tuna rollSara roll (the one I liked the best), Crazy rollEel and avocado roll. Theres a sushi bar where you can sit and watch them make sushi. It has a dark ambience and was quiet on late Friday night.

Comment: Best sushi around, hands down. Owners are wonderful and nice, clearly appreciative of their customers. Food is expensive, but thats to be expected for good, quality sushi. May take some time to get your food but thats only because its being done well. Food is consistant and always well made. Atmosphere is relaxing, with low lighting and comfy decor. My go-to place for a nice night out. Try the Miso!

Comment: One of the best restaurant experiences Ive ever had. The sushi is simply amazing. The atmosphere is wonderful: quiet (yet not awkward), dimmed lighting (yet not dark), etc. Its a beautiful place, and our service was immaculate! We had a large party full of picky eaters and sensitive stomachs, and our waitress handled it so gracefully. She was quick and very kind. Her timing was perfect! She always came at the right times and was extremely efficient..I wish I would have gotten her name! We were stunned at how quickly our orders arrived as well, however the quality of the food was NOT decreased by the speedy service. Lastly, a sweet woman offered us candy as we were leaving-very nice touch!Absolutely satisfied, will surely return.

Comment: Crazy Sushi not only has great food, but also a great atmosphere. It is a naturally quiet place, so coming in has a nice calming effect. The lighting is dim, but done in a way that creates a sense of privacy rather than seediness. I wouldnt recommend bringing a rambunctious group of friends here, but its great for a casual anniversary dinner, catching up with old friends, or even coming by yourself! In my humble opinion, the sushi, udon, and tempura are comparable to the same foods sold in Nara, Japan! Im not sure how their business is doing, but it is never busy when I visit, so I would hate to see a good restaurant go out of business. Theyre really nice, so please check them out!

We tried tons of sushi restaurants, and none of them did it for us EXCEPT Crazy Sushi. We have now been going to Crazy Sushi for over 10 years, and it is by the far the best sushi in the region. The owners and staff are the kindest people, and there is no intimidation. They are happy to explain items on the menu, or help you find what you are looking for.

You seat yourself at the table or the bar area where you can watch them make fresh sushi in front of you! you can tell they love their craft, sooooo good! I love this place and will def come back. These four sushi rolls plus four sticks of chicken kobab was about 30 bucks.

Our favorite special roll is the Shelly roll, its a combination of fresh & spicy flavors! So good! We also frequently order the Vegas roll. The Green tea ice cream is awesome too! But honestly Ive never tried something here I didnt like. The service is always great. The atmosphere is very nice. The prices are probably a little more expensive than Sushi AI but less than Wasabi & the Drunken Fish. Overall its definitely our favorite!

And my 2 favorite rolls (Las Vegas Roll and Rock n Roll) have no competition from any other similar roll from other restaurants.
