Comment: A little hard to find local gem of a restaurant. Located around the parking structure in the back of a open lot and up the spiral staircase to the second floor. The service was exceptional and the food was fresh and full of flavor. It was a little spicy for our taste, but I’m sure that’s easily toned up and down as needed. We’ll know to do so next time we come by.

My husband and I got 9 rolls, vegetable tempura 🍤, clear soup 🍲, and 2 cokes and our bill was $115 with tip.The rolls were packed to the brim with fixings and had the perfect amount of rice.Our waitress was so nice and worked her butt off, and our hats are off to the chefs.

Comment: I have a long-standing beef with the owner of this restaurant who lives in like California so I had a scathing review for a long time. After much consideration, I realized that wasnt fair to the hard-working chefs and employees at this place.On to the review, I recently ordered a ton of lunch special rolls and the chefs killed it. I typically get specialty rolls but the ones we got were fresh and delicious. The sticky sushi rice perfectly cooked and the fish had great flavor. No salty ocean flavor. All quite fresh. The building is itself is tucked back and you may overlook it if you havent been. It has a round atrium with turtles in a fountain at the bottom and a spiral staircase that leads to the restaurant proper. Upstairs is cozy and inviting. Youre greeted at the front by a friendly face and if you ordered out like me, youll be directed to the bar. Theyll offer you a refreshment as you wait and the food will come out fast and fresh. Its a solid restaurant that I frequent and while there are a small selection of better sushi places, you wont find them in the area and at such great prices.

Comment: Stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and practically had the place to ourselves. Great ambience and atmosphere from the moment you walk in the front door. The food was excellent we got three sushi rolls for the table along with veggie pakora and mango mochi. The sushi rolls were plated beautifully. The drinks were alright I ordered a mojito and it didn’t taste anything like a mojito there was no muddled mint. The scorpion bowl was strong and big enough to split between the three of us. The service was great everything came out quite quickly.

Comment: This very unique sushi restaurant is excellent in many ways! I ordered my usual Philly roll and spicy tuna roll and was very pleased with what I got. The lunch special included a very traditional and delicious miso soup. The sushi was fresh and quite tasty. I was in a hurry and couldnt stay for very long, but the service I got was super friendly, extremely efficient, and my request for a quick turnaround was well accommodated.

Comment: Look no further!!! The boyfriend and I finally checked this restaurant out and were blown away by our experience. Fun and unique ambiance at first and then you notice all the little details that shows how much pride they take in their restaurant. The food was incredible from apps to presentation and the development of the flavors in their rolls had us pretty much in heaven and freaking out to our server 😂 Compliments to the chefs!! This place has sushi den beat all day (and Im not bashing sushi den or izakaya theyre obviously great and have fresh, high quality food), but the choices you get to pick from, clarity of their menu, pairings of food in the rolls, and overall flavor is next level. Not to mention sushi usually turns me off by the rice- whether theres too much of it or the flavor is overpowering with too much vinegar- their rice is the perfect compliment and they use the perfect amount 👌🏼 Okay, enough of me going on and on- what are you waiting for?!

Comment: Tucked into a little corner on the 2nd floor of a commercial building but visible from Wadsworth Blvd at Hwy 285, this Japanese Restaurant is famous for their incredible variety of specialty sushi rolls.Weve driven past this place a hundred times and finally stopped to check it out. Once you turn off Wadsworth onto Jefferson St, you end up circling around the backside of the building where signage is plentiful, directing you to Sushi. Follow the signs to the unimposing door next to the parking garage and prepare to be amazed. Youre greeted by a calming fountain and spiral stairs up to the restaurant.We arrived just at the start of Happy Hour (4-5pm) and were seated right away. The menu contains everything youd expect at a Japanese restaurant, plus so much more. There are several pages devoted entirely to their variety of unique and delicious rolls.We visited on Halloween so, our waiter was dressed in costume (see photo) and the ambient music was appropriately themed. The restaurant is quite large inside so dont be intimidated by a busy parking lot.We were pleasantly surprised and kind-of awestruck at the whole experience. You wont be disappointed. Food was perfect and service was outstanding. Pricing was typical for a sushi bar/sit down place.

One of the few places that uses tempura crumbles in the spicy tuna *bonus.Located on the 2nd floor, you must pass a red ear slider habitat to get to the restaurant.

Comment: We’ve been striking out finding continuously good sushi in Littleton. We happened to drive by this place and decided to give it a shot. We have eaten there 4 times now, all at different hours of the day, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I actually feel as though the food has gotten better each time we’ve gone. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is very authentic. This is definitely our new sushi spot! Our favorite rolls are Snow White, Hawaii, volcano, Fuji mountain!

Comment: We came here on a whim since it is less than a mile from us. Turned out to be a good choice. The inside is nice and has a good atmosphere with warm lighting. We had some great sake and tuna tar tar to start off. I really liked that they mixed some tempura crunchies in, gave it a great texture. Next we got the chirashi don. Gorgeous plating, and huge pieces of fresh fish and seafood. The sushi rice was sticky but not too much, and had a good taste (sweet vinegar), a feature a lot of sushi places overlook.Finally we got the katsu to try out one of their hot dishes, and it didnt disappoint. The breading itself was seasoned. I couldnt pick out with what(maybe cayenne, they had a few Cajun themed items on the menu), but it was great.Overall a great experience that didnt break the wallet. Will be back again to try more stuff, their menu is enormous!

Comment: The food here is pretty good. I would personally recommend the dynamite sushi roll. The miso soup was also good. On the outside it looks a bit funky, but once you get inside you know you’re in the right place.
