(Actually, the best around.)Theyve got all the regular stuff one would expect from an American sushi restaurant, (plus some sashimi and nigiri and stuff,) though its all super fresh and flavorful. Great atmosphere, as well. (dimly lit.) The seaweed and calamari salads are both great, however the star of the show is the sushi. Get the volcano roll (with lobster,) for excellent presentation and taste. Other roll suggestions include the Fin, spider, and onagi rolls. Go here if you can.

Comment: What a gem Fin is in Chesterfield! Everything we ate was excellent, and the service was fast despite our visit being peak time on a Saturday night. We ordered sushi (Rising Sun roll and Fin Dynamite roll) and the tonkatsu ramen and were blown away by how good the Rising Sun roll was. Wife and I both agreed that it was hands down the best tasting roll weve had in St Louis. We made reservations in advance and were treated to a special dessert for our anniversary. The molten lava cake was rich and decadent; very impressive for an unimposing restaurant in a strip mall. We were very impressed and cant wait to come back soon!

Comment: I was craving for some Japanese food. I decided to give this restaurant a try. There were plenty of parking out front. The restaurant wasnt busy. It was clean and had a beautiful decor. Staff were friendly. There were a lot of sushi choices. I love their chicken katsu. It was unique and crispy. Their red bird roll was delicious and tasteful. I wasnt too impressed with their shrimp tempera roll. It was plain. I had a good experience with this restaurant.

Having been to Japan multiple times to visit family, we crave the cuisine frequently and this restaurant’s ramen brought us back. The drunken Samurai was also delicious! Not only did the chef surprise my daughter with the tastiest chocolate cake for her birthday, but she also talked with her about how she made the ramen after hearing how much my daughter loved the dish. My daughter’s critic is that it was “PERFECT”. We will certainly be back and frequently, as we also loved how all the staff were very hospitable and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do.

They are so hospitable and make dining there a treat. They always make great suggestions and are so gracious and helpful. In fact every staff member seems to be so welcoming. We really enjoy dining here. My husband loves their noodle bowls as well and next time I will definitely get one. Today we enjoyed the TK special which is a gently fried vegan dish. My daughter loves it so much I gave it a try. So delish!! Today I tried their new Lava Roll. Very unique flavors and oh so good! The other roll I barely got a picture of was the Bonzai roll featuring asparagus and avocado. I highly recommend you try this restaurant.

Comment: Amazing! I have to say this was a great experience. Loved everything we got, but the volcano roll was over the top. The lobster was cooked perfectly and the crunch from the tempura just everything about this dish was right on point. Plus the people were very friendly. Definatly going back soon.

Comment: About 25 years ago I was introduced to Sushi in Peachtree City GA and fell in love with it. Five years ago was introduced to FIN by my boss and Ive been returning to this excellent restaurant when Im in town. They are always consistent, have excellent food and beautiful presentation. It had been almost a year since my last visit, but as soon as I walked in the door, the hostess remembered me and welcomed me with open arms asking where I had been for so long. Talk about a feel good moment! Go there. You wont be disappointed!

Comment: I have been looking for a place like this. Several options at reasonable prices. I love noodles and when I mean noodles I dont mean pasta or the normal ramen from the microwave. Im talking Japanese noodles with a hint of care.Very delicious yaki soba here. The salad dressing is wonderful and creamy. The miso is soo good.My guilty pleasure is the salmon katsu as it is always perfectly cooked. I love salmon, but every other place gets it wrong. Fin gets it right.The sushi is great as well. So far it is my #1 choice for Japanese cuisine. I have already been there 7 times. Would recommend.
