Comment: If Quality Sushi is on your mind, then look no further. This is the place to go, from Bento Boxs with delicious salmon to a plethora of Sushi rolls, this is the place to be. Will be visiting often as my Number 1 place to go. Service staff are excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend for date night or with the family. Still scared of Covid or being ousted for not being vaccination?, order to-go so You can eat and watch Netflix at home. Either way, you cant go wrong.

Comment: I come here often and I’m so grateful a sushi restaurant opened in my hometown. Delicious food. Love the ambience of movie posters and Studio Ghibli decor. The vegetable green dragon roll is the best vegetable roll I’ve ever had. Chef’s kiss to the vegetable spring rolls as well. Fuji sushi is a true gem.

Comment: The absolute freshest most delicious sushi around which is what I usually go for but Ive had fried rice, chicken teriyaki, and more and Its all very good. Its a small place so you can expect a bit of a wait sometimes but its well worth it. The best quality service as well. They are very polite and go above and beyond to make their customers happy!! One of my favorite places to eat. For the sushi lovers I would highly recommend the rocky 2 roll.

Comment: This restaurant is hidden right off the highway in northern Jefferson County by an Urgent Care and gas station. When we entered, we were the only patrons due to a heavy storm. The eight of us enjoyed a delicious dinner of maki, sashimi, gyoza, rangoons, edamame, teriyaki and actually a lot more. This is a reasonably priced Japanese restaurant right up the interstate. Next time you have a hankering for Asian fare, I would recommend trying this quaint establishment.

Comment: Always a great experience here at Fuji Sushi. Ive tried Miyabi, Osaka and J Sushi as well but this place has a more intimate dining experience and my favorite roll, the Spice Girl. I get the Gyoza to start with and then use the leftover sauce with one of their many $5 rolls. My girlfriends favorite is the yellowtail with scallion, she says it definitely beats Miyabis.Im really happy to have such a quality place so close to home.

Comment: I love this restaurant. Tony is amazing. He does a great job waiting tables and running the sushi bar. I love the fact that he has my order memorized. I gave a five star rating because out of the 20 plus times I have eaten here it has been perfect. Until tonight, that is. We were waited on by a tall blonde headed girl, she rushed us and was quite obnoxious and loud. This is typically a very serene environment, which is what we expect. She ruined that experience for us. I hope she isnt permanently on staff here.
