We also had the chicken lo main, which was really good. However I would recommend cutting back a little bit on the fresh garlic in the lo main, It was a little too overpowering. We make it a family tradition whenever we travel anywhere to eat at P.F. Chang’s before we head out to our destination!

Comment: My husband and I have always loved P.F. Chang’s. We started going back in early 2000s when the Brentwood location opened up. We became fast regulars and absolutely loved the menu and atmosphere. I already had visited other locations around the country but to visit one here in St Louis made it perfect. Fast forward to today where only two locations remain locally. We love visiting the St Charles location but we can’t help feeling like it’s changed so much over the years that we miss the original menu! Don’t get me wrong the service was outstanding! And the food we had tonight was great but we so miss about 10 dishes that were special to P.F. Chang’s. Our favorites tonight were lettuce wraps, dumplings, Mongolian beef, and veggie fried rice. We had a blast and we will be back.

Comment: What could have been a horrible experience, Tim one of the operating partners stepped in and safed the night. All year long our friend talked about celebrating her birthday at P.F. Chang’s. Her birthday fell on the same night as a local high school prom. The restaurant was pack. We were seated at the table for 20 minutes before our waiter informed us that it would be another 25 minutes before our food would come out to the table. We asked to speak with a manager. The manager came to our table with nothing but excuses. After 30 minutes before we received our food. Tim came to our table and recognized that we were celebrating a special person on her birthday and it was her desire to come to his establishment. Tim took the time to apologize to our friend directly. Tim told the whole table that he wanted us to leave as friends. He gave her a bowl of her favorite ice cream to go along with her birthday cake. Tim definitely turned a 1-star experience into a 5-star experience by taking the time to talk with us as friends and not as customers.

The sophisticated blending of tantalizing accents and flavor have forever ruined my meager understanding of a noodle dish. It has become the unrelenting standard of what is possible with ingredients that unknowing fools may scoff of. Comment: Interesting Asian food. Everything is very fresh, if pricey. Seating layout could be better, but typical of a modern restaurant. (More than once, a servers butt was in my face.) As opposed to a typical Chinese restaurant, theres a significant upcharge for fried rice ($4.50). The green bean appetizer is yummy!

The filling had more veggies then chicken.The fried green beans were bland but plentiful. Definitely enough to share with the table. They just need a lot more seasoning.The Mongolian Beef was delicious but I wish there was more of it (you only get half a bowl).

Comment: The restaurant is nice, service was good. I found the food to be, just okay. The fried calamari was bland, the sushi was okay not great. I had shrimp pad thai and thought that it was lacking some flavor, needed more aromatics. For my first time at any P.F.Changs I was not terribly impressed, Id rather find a local place.

Comment: Excellent food and service! Love the lettuce wraps for a light dinner with drinks. Bartender did a great job making drinks for the whole floor and bar plus serving food to bar guests but there should be at least two tenders doing the job. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

Entrees were extremely slow and we were told it was due to take out orders (over one hour wait for entrees even though they were not busy). Our server Quintin made the wait much easier because he was so personal and easy going. He helped make our dining experience great!

Comment: The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch! Lunch size portions looked like dinner portions at most restaurants. I ordered Dragon Eye Oolong hot tea and it was the best tea Ive ever had in my life. Their crab wontons had real crab meat and were good. The garlic broccoli chicken was delicious. I am very impressed and will be back.

Comment: First time at Changs. Definitely wont be the last. My wife had honey chicken and I had pepper steak. Her chicken was really good, although it was very one note, which was sweet. I mixed it with some of the sauce from my beef and it was fantastic! My pepper steak was one of the best dishes Id eaten in a while. Very impressed! However, I paid $6 to upgrade to noodles and they were kind of bland. Not worth the upgrade charge. Mixing them in with my pepper steak helped a lot. Not sure if they take reservations, but make one if they do. Our wait was quite long due to them being very busy. Easy to see why they were so busy.

Comment: Make a reservation! We had a nice night out on a Monday, but they even had a small wait for those without reservations. When we tried to eat at this location the previous Saturday, the wait was just too long since we didnt reserve ahead of time. Our chicken lettuce wraps were my favorite, but my orange chicken was also good. Our waitress was super nice and on it. We had great service and would definitely return!

Comment: I came here for my Anniversary & made reservations beforehand of which, I had to confirm about three times before arrival. Just to arrive and be seated a booth that wasnt cleaned properly so, my first impression wasnt really good to be honest. But let me make my point very clear! The FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! I ordered appetizers which included the Northern Style pork spare ribs ( AMAZING), Egg rolls ( Amazing), and an order of wantons and my taste buds were just getting warmed up for the delicious Mongolian Beef bowl and chicken Lo mein I ordered as well. This food was absolutely incredible and it totally made up for my bad impression I had upon entry. The food portions are even amazing as I had food leftover that STILL TASTES AMAZING REHEATED THE NEXT DAY! My server was very knowledgeable of menu items and very well mannered. I enjoyed being served by him and tipped him well. I ended my night with a CHANGS Mai Tai which was also very flavorful with a taste that cannot be matched. I really wanted to give them 5 stars because my overall experience with the food was unforgettable. But the condition of the restaurant just needed a little more attention but I will definitely be eating here again very soon. This is THE BEST place that serves true Chinese American style cuisine most definitely.

Comment: So I asked my family. Everyone enjoyed the food but one. One meal had a hair in it. The waiter took it back without question. The manager came over and apologized to us. Another plate was brought out. I appreciate the professionalism and swift action. Even with the incident, I still give them 5 stars because of the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Comment: The service was really good. We ordered calamari, dynamic shrimp, PF Chang Spicy Chicken and Chicken Pad Thai. They all arrived quickly and everything tasted amazing. The calamari was really good and the Pad Thai was one of the best that I had in a while. Really liked the spicy chicken and dynamic shrimp too. They have a fun little childrens menu and the ambience overall was relaxing and chill. Definitely would recommend!

Comment: PF Changs does no wrong in my book! Great lunchtime service when I visited last week Friday with co-workers. The Lunar New Year menu of cocktails and dishes looked so delicious but I stuck with my fave pick of the Hokkien Street Noodles.It wasnt very busy during this particular lunchtime and our server was very helpful and appropriately attentive. Will definitely be back again and again!

Comment: This was our first visit to P.F. Changs in St. Charles. The food was good and the portions were sizable. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Service was reasonable but a little slow. The Mens bathroom was dirty which is suprising given the price of dining at this establishment. If we patronize P.F. Changs in the future we will likely go to the one in Chesterfield.
