Comment: I absolutely love PF Changs. Lettuce wraps and sesame chicken for me. Beyond the food, the service is always spot on. I travel alone, so I generally dine alone. The staff here recognize how awkward that can be at times and accommodate me in an area that allows me to dine, work and enjoy. Never rushed or given less service. Great smiles from everyone encountered. Have I mentioned the food? Yum!

Comment: The Mongolian potstickers are amazing (sorry no pic). Kung Pao shrimp and the Crispy Honey shrimp are outstanding. I had the Korean Bulgogi steak and it was phenomenal, the sauce is sweet but not overly sweet. The potatoes are cooked perfectly soft, the fried onions on top are the perfect garnish. The steak is so tender it practically melts in your mouth. Service was outstanding (thats my childs comment). But the service is always great here.

Comment: Are usually like to make my own pad Thai, but if I don’t, I like to go here. I also like the hot tea and a little pot served at the table. Their appetizers are great. We really like the chicken lettuce wraps. But everything has been good so far. As far as a chain restaurant goes this is pretty great.

Comment: Somewhat better: workers still disappear, but for less than 5 minites now.Slow service for online orders. Takes a long time before you are even acknowledged. Bar worker & online pickup attendant disappears for 5-10 minutes at a time. Meanwhile online/delivery customers havent even had a chance to tell someone they are there. This is a constant problem, yet the establishment asks for patience, as online orders may take longer than expected at this restaurant??!!And the bar counter is always nasty. Dont lean on the counter, your arms & elbows will get sticky.

Comment: Me and my boyfriend, as well as his relatives had a dinner there and it was good. We got some orange chicken and rice and spicy chicken. Also before that we got Mongolian Potstickers(?). For a first time trying out that specific dish, I have to say that it was more than good. We got served rather quickly, it did not take the waiter too much time. They refilled our glasses a few times. I would go again.

Changs has a pleasant atmosphere whether your dining indoors or outdoors in the patio; with a nice blend of overhead music. Great spot for a date or to hang outside with ur friends on the patio. I ordered Kung Poa Chicken and while I missed more of the vegetables it had just the right amount of heat, light breading and the sauce was perfectly seasoned. I also had a Mia Tai which was pretty tasty too! The atmosphere was very beautiful and relaxing. Comfortable seating. Overall a great experience.

Comment: One of the best indicators of a good restaurant is their quality of service even when things are not as expected. We started with lettuce wraps and hot water, which was perfect. The Buddhas feast and pepper steak as entrees were very tasty, and even though we ran into a slight issue during the meal, the manager was incredibly quick and sincere to make it right. this was definitely a five-star experience and we will return. I highly recommend the items mentioned earlier that we ordered!

Kitchen reasonably fast with food order..Nice Bar area to sit and have a few cocktails while waiting for your table. You can see through the glass into the kitchen..Which looked clean and neat.. also very busy..Food ordered was what I expected.. also served hot..However the upgrade cost from normal rice to fried rice and noodles was a bit steep at $6 each.I feel that the cost of the meal alone already warranted a change from rice to noodles.. not all of us are rice fans..And China being the originator of noodles... I feel it should be standard..Otherwise it was enjoyable..

Comment: As a person who cannot consume wheat, I relish at the opportunity to dine at PF Changs. Changs has a gluten free menu that has appetizers, entrees, and a dessert that are made for those who cannot handle wheat. I usually order the chicken wraps and fried rice. Its enough food for my dining experience as well as lunch the next day. Just beware that your order will take a little longer since the staff has to make the order in a separate space. I wish other restaurants would take the gluten free plunge and create menu items just for our wheat sensitive population.

Comment: I work here as a server. This is the cleanest environment restaurant while I said I have ever been in. People do not pick it customer food, the back is clean, everyone does their part employee wise to keep things running smoothly. The food is great and the portions are big. Families come here all the time and as servers we make sure that they leave happy. Rarely do mess-ups occur in our kitchen and when they do occur management is quick to settle what can be done to make the customer happy. We do our best to ensure that everybody enjoys their time here, and hope that people return because of their experience here. This is more of an upscale place definitely would not recommend eating here if you dont have the money for it, and remember tip your servers accordingly to how well they did serving you and taking care of your needs. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes Chinese food or Foods similar to Chinese food cuz it is a China Bistro so we have multiple ethnic dishes. We have outdoor and indoor dining for the gifts to choose from and we cater to large parties as well. We have both dine in and take out orders and an amazing pf changs reward system. If you ever stop by make sure to ask for me as your server and i will do my best to take perfect care of you. We offer both gluten-free and vegetarian options for those with a restricted diet and do our best to cater to allergies and other health needs. One of the best places Ive ever eaten out and Im proud to work here.

Comment: We were waiting for a booth for about 15 min and when called they tried to seat us on a table so we had to go back and wait longer for the booth. After we were seated the waiter came to our table fairly quickly and took our drink and appetizer order. Appetizer was good but it was made different than the locations in TN, GA and FL, it had a stronger garlic taste. When the meal came out only one order came out we had to wait about 5 minutes for the other plate. The meals were good but the Thai Harvest had very little sauce and was on the sweeter side and not so spicy. We ask for more broth and the waiter was more than happy to bring some more. Got good service from the waiter. Food was good but we had the same problem we experienced from location to location, they are not consistent. Good food, but it will taste and be prepared different from location to location.

We waited for over 30 minutes to be sat and when we were finally seated the waitress seemed extremely busy. I believe she could have used some help to get drinks and appetizers, considering we have been waiting for over 30 minutes to be sat. And the service seemed kind of slow. She was extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant has a nice ambience and the food was good. I would definitely visit again and if I have a big party I will make sure to make a reservation.

Comment: The service was outstanding but the food was mediocre. Far too salty and sweet for me although I have drastically cut back on my salt and sugar intake. The drinks were good not phenomenal but, good and well mixed. Appetizers came out fast and the food came at a good pace. Overall a pleasant dinner with the extended family.

Comment: Havent eaten Chinese food since being diagnosed with Celiac disease and Im in heaven right now! Dedicated menu, friendly staff, and food tasted great. My food came out very quickly but noticed some others had to wait a bit for their food but thats common at most places.

Comment: The Manager Nick was exceptional.On our way back to Chicago after picking up my daughter from SLU, we decided to make a detour to Richmond Heights for a late lunch/early dinner. The obvious choice was PF Chang since we always enjoyed their delicious gourmet in the Chicago area. It appeared that the receptionist on duty that Tuesday afternoon was less than happy to see us walk in when she was busy with her nails. She reluctantly found us a table, but no one came by to serve us a glass of water for 40 minutes. My wife decided to leave and find another restaurant. At that time, Nicholas Vroman, identifying himself as the manager, came rushing to ask us why we were leaving in such a hurry. After my wifes explanation, Nick felt horrible and begged us to stay and dine. He immediately engaged us with a different server and got our meals ready in a short amount of time. He refused to bill us for our entire meal and apologized many times for his staffs oversight.The meals were delicious and more than the usual amount. Nick saved our day, cant thank him enough for his prompt attention to the situation. Managers like Nick are exceptional.

Comment: The atmosphere was alright, bit dark. The food was, Id say about 80%. The main dish was far too salty and not spicy at all even though the menu claimed it was. The appetizer could use improvement as the sauce could, instead of being liquid, could be a little syrup like so it can more easily coat the shrimp dumplings.Other than that, service was great and quick. Food was alright but could have been better.

Comment: Its been awhile since Ive been here, the menu is slightly different and very delicious! I had the lunch beef and broccoli with the hot and sour soup, everything was tasty without the typical gloppy sauce find on Chinese food. The service was good too, prompt and attentive.

Allyssa was very pleasant, attentive to our (food) needs, made sure that our glasses were always filled, and chat us up just in the right amount.I liked that she called me sir although I dont look more than 21...lolAAA service to you Allyssa.Our food was great. Comment: The atmosphere was quite intimate, which was nice, yet unexpected. It was even more intimate due to the crowded half moon table that we sat six average sized people at. Barely any leg room. I didnt realize thats what a both referred to. The food was good, although I probably wont go here on a regular basis just for that. Pei Wei, on the other hand...😋

Comment: The highest-end Chinese food Ive had.The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere/decor was very nice.The location is conveniently beside a parking garage which makes parking a none-issue; there wasnt a wait when we arrived, but the place definitely became more busy as we ate, and there was a small wait for the new guests-- its clearly popular.My girlfriend is not a fan of Chinese cuisine, and she loved this place!We had a great experience, and will definitely return. Only downside is that its a bit pricey, but really you get what you paid for in the quality of food and service.

Comment: This is one of my favorite places to eat. It feels a lot more higher class for the low price point it offers, but thats not to say food quality dips. Its very family oriented and I enjoy almost anything on the menu. The staff is very helpful with any inquiries.

Comment: PF Changs is great Chinese cuisine in a delightful atmosphere with excellent service. The seating is comfortable and the wait staff efficient and friendly. The food is to die for. I love Changs Spicy Chicken, and order it about every other time I visit. They also have a nice selection of wines and other beverages. Ive been to both locations and must say the food is very consistent. Still, I like the atmosphere of the Richmond Heights location better. PF Changs is in my top five, and my favorite Chinese restaurant.

Comment: Order pick up is not good at this place. they messed up my order ...did not want to drive back...i often go to this place to eat. most of time the food quality was as expected. just get your reservation online or by phone...there is always a long wait.
