Comment: I really enjoyed this restaurant. I was in town from Atlanta visiting my sister and she suggested this place. We dont have these in Atlanta..... but I wish we did!! The young lady at the counter was very helpful in explaining to a newbie all of my options. I decided to go with a tuna poke bowl and she gave wonderful suggestions on the pairings, toppings and dressing. Very tasty and filling. I cant wait to go again the next time Im in Colorado.

Comment: It was almost a perfect visit until we asked an employee walking by for a to-go box. She told us they were just 10 feet away by the soda fountain. Made me wonder what I would have done when I previously worked the same job... I would have grabbed the box for the customer and told them where they were(Accessible to the public). I would definitely recommend eating here. I couldnt bring myself to lower the score for such a minor room for improvement.

Comment: As a first time Tokyo Joe-er, I am very pleased with how customizable and flexible the menu is with the selections they have to offer. Im definitely someone who regularly makes rice bowls to eat at home and this was the perfect spot to go while traveling for my regular pick-me-up!The cashier/servers were super friendly and kept good conversations with a majority of the customers at the restaurant.

Easy interstate access, ample parking (YMMV as it shares a lot with a movie theater), fast service with a smile, delicious food, and interesting selection of iced teas!

So happy I found it on my business trip at lunch today!I will be back!!They have me,u item specialties, but you can also build your own meal.. picking each ingredient!They have a large dining room, outdoor seating, and were really quick in getting orders out to customers.Their online order to pick up and go is a big part of their business, as I saw half a dozen people come in to pick up.Chopsticks and forks are available.. even have kids chopstick helpers for free!

They are happy to share their ingredient list and it is also available online - easy to pick out which items are vegan, vegetarian and also gluten free. Comment: This is a great Colorado-based chain for somewhat healthy food. Its a good place to find a meal with fresh vegetables. Even their small bowls are fairly substantial. If Im not up for a whole bowl, the spring rolls are one of my favorites. Im probably here once a week. The people at this particular location are always very friendly and the service is quick.If I had a gripe, Im really not a fan of the industrial motif Tokyo Joes uses. I find it cold and uncomfortable. But the food is good so I tolerate it. Also, Ive moved away from ordering anything with spinach. I used to love the Boulder Veggie bowl, but the spinach always comes in a wad which I have to pick apart, so I just quit ordering spinach. Otherwise, Ive always enjoyed my experiences.

Comment: This Tokyo Joes by Colorado mills is the best. I took my parents to try it for the first time and my mom ordered something she wouldnt eat. I went to order her another bowl but the young girl gave us the bowl for free. Theyre so friendly and clean.
