Comment: I always enjoy going to Tokyo Joes but todays visit was exceptional. I dealt with two separate employees and the customer service was phenomenal.There have been some recent menu changes. One thing that was removed was the rice noodles. As a celiac, it was the only noodle choice available. Now there is no noodle option for those with wheat or celiac issues. However, they have added a vegan sushi option so thats definitely a plus.The employee that took our order helped me a lot with items that were gluten -free. It was helpful and great service.As usual, the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. I cant wait to return. 😋💚🌱

Ive been working a long day laying grout and was super tired to go anywhere with a long wait but didnt want fast food. When I got up to the register, the guy with the neck tattoos was really great to not just me but my son. He was patient while my son decided what he wanted and even made sure I got exactly what we wanted. The Poke station was getting closed but he went out of his way to ask the girl running it to make me a bowl and she was extremely friendly as well! Comment: Much noisier than last time I was there. Very busy, cashier had trouble hearing my order and I had trouble hearing her as well. Food was good, not great. Atmosphere not that great either. Maybe in off peak times they turn down the house music to where you can hear yourself think.

Comment: Healthy poke bowls with good, low calorie choices. Du Good sushi roll is hit or miss-more often the former but this visit had WAY too much rice and little filling. Rice bowl sauces are very good and there are many veggie and protein choices.

Comment: This is a great Colorado-based chain for somewhat healthy food. Its a good place to find a meal with fresh vegetables. Even their small bowls are fairly substantial. If Im not up for a whole bowl, the spring rolls are one of my favorites. I drop by this location from time to time. Quite honestly, I prefer the people and the service at the Denver West location, but these people do alright.If I had a gripe, Im really not a fan of the industrial motif Tokyo Joes uses. I find it cold and uncomfortable. But the food is good so I tolerate it. Also, Ive moved away from ordering anything with spinach. I used to love the Boulder Veggie bowl, but the spinach always comes in a wad which I have to pick apart, so I just quit ordering spinach. Otherwise, Ive always enjoyed my experiences.

Comment: There are so many great tasting options to choose from, I have a hard time deciding between a bowl or some sushi. Staff is always friendly and seem to have fun at work. Online ordering is great, but I dont mind coming in and ordering since service is always pretty fast.
