Comment: This came as a surprise but it was absolutely delightful. This was the best Asian cuisine we’ve had. My husband and I just so happened to stumble across it while traveling. The staff was so kind and friendly, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was just right. We felt comfortable throughout our whole meal and wish the owners much success in the future. If we’re ever in the St. Louis area again we will definitely have to stop by!

Comment: I stopped here after one of my friends suggested it. It was so good! I definitely will be back the food is good and you get a good amount for the price. Ill be able to eat on my shrimp fried rice alone about 3 times. I also got the crab rangoon were great easily one of the best in town. I also got the Tokyo and Crab Rangoon sushi roll also a must get. Im excited to go back and try more items on the menu.

Comment: A little mom & pop sushi place I found when on a business trip. Small place but very good sushi. The sashimi and rolls were hugh compared to all sushi places that I have been to including sushi joints in Japan.Ill visit again when I come back next.

Comment: Loved the sushi at Top Sushi! This is an adorable family-owned sushi restaurant and you will not be disappointed with the fresh quality of their fish. I had a quick, visit in and out with simple pleasant service. One of the owners who delivered my sushi rolls had a smirk on his face as if to let me know I would be happy with my meal and he was right. I enjoyed a cup of Miso soup, a Salmon roll, and a Rainbow roll. All of it was fresh and flavorful! I didnt leave a single bite to waste. I can tell the food is made with passion and enjoyment for what they do, and that is an element you just cant fake at a restaurant. Whenever I am in town next, I will certainly be back to Top Sushi!

Comment: Traveling in St Louis for work and stumbled across this unassuming restaurant in a tiny strip mall because it was close to the office. Omg. Exceeded expectations. I had the Chirashi bowl which was stuffed with giant slices of fish. Was as good as fresh sushi I have had straight from the ocean in Asia. Would definitely come back and wish I lived in St Louis because I would be a regular here!

Comment: This is the best sushi Ive had in st.louis. I prefer basic sushi like the rainbow roll and they knock it out of the park. In my opinion that is the best way to gauge a sushi restaurants quality, no sauce or non traditional ingredients to hide inconsistency and low quality fish. Hands down worth the price and time. Even their non sushi dishes are special.

Comment: Im very pleasantly surprised by this place! They do both Korean and sushi very well. The crazy roll was well done and the nigiri had an enormous portion of fish. The fish was very fresh and flavorful.The bibimbap was equally amazing and I opted for the stone bowl which made the rice crispy. It had great seasoning and was not too spicy.

Comment: This restaurant has a really clever name. Anyone who looks for a Top Sushi restaurant likely ends up here. However, I did not enjoy it as much as others seem to have. The miso soup was salty. The sushi itself tasted a bit bland. I did enjoy it more than gas station sushi, but not more than other sushi restaurants.

Comment: We tried 2 sushi rolls, veggie fried rice, and several pieces of nigiri. The fried rice was very good and reminded me of hibachi fried rice. My husband loves nigiri and said this was some of the best he’s had in the St. Louis area. Also, love the creative rolls that I haven’t seen at other restaurants. Clean inside and very attentive service. Will definitely come back in the future!

Comment: This little diamond of a sushi spot is poetically tucked away in the neighborhood. The meal was absolutely fantastic! The staff is so nice and helpful! The sushi roll was spot on with flavor and also stayed together when eating the pieces with my chopsticks! The teriyaki chicken was so succulent and even plated perfectly. I could not have found a better spot than this one!

Comment: This easily became a new favorite sushi spot.Tucked away in a low traffic shopping center, it can be easy to miss. Very peaceful and relaxing environment and low noise - some of the bigger sushi restaurants tend to be packed and it can be a bit of an audio-sensory overload at times. While we were here, my partner and I almost felt compelled to whisper to keep the ambiance. They described feeling very zen while enjoying our meal.We had 3 rolls total, an order of miso soup and a side of fried rice. First off - they make PERFECT fried rice. Texture, flavor, ingredients, everything. Will be driving down here just for their fried rice in the future.The rolls were delicious and satisfying. They have some unique rolls I hadnt seen before. I had the Crab Rangoon Roll, and if you like rolls w/ cream cheese or crab rangoons in general, this is a MUST HAVE. The miso soup was also perfect and a great appetizer for the main course.Special thanks to the staff for an amazing meal, and well see you again soon!!

Comment: This is a great place. I like their sushi. I believe they make one of the best sashimi in this area. Only one thing I don’t really like that chef doesn’t wear a mask while cooking. He even coughed a couple of times while I was waiting for my order. I hope they will fix it.

Comment: I just had an amazing dinner here! This is a new favorite.As appetizers we had the spring roll and crab Rangoon. The spring roll were very tasty and fresh. The crab ragoon were great. We order both the savory and sweet one. They were both surprisingly good and full of flavor. We order four sushi rolls and they were each incredible. They were all flavorful and filling.The atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I recommend you give them a try.
